• Business logo, coupon content, and deal information you create on the Platform
• Login credentials and account activity

From Consumers:

• First name and last name
• Email address (if provided to claim a coupon or receive email delivery)
• Phone number (if provided to receive SMS coupon delivery)
• Coupon redemption activity and timestamps

Automatically Collected:

• IP address, browser type, and device information
• QR code scan data and page visit information
• Usage data and platform interaction logs

For Business Clients, we use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and coupon pages
• Process your subscription payments
• Provide your customer data dashboard
• Send account-related communications and platform updates
• Respond to your support requests

For Consumers, we use your information to:

• Deliver your requested coupon via SMS text message and/or email
• Store your information in the Business Client's customer dashboard
• Send future promotional deals from the specific business you opted into
• Comply with legal obligations including SMS opt-out requests

By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on a coupon claim form, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Local Deals Hero on behalf of the participating business. These messages may include:

• Your requested coupon or deal
• Future promotional offers from the business you opted into

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@localdealshero.com.

By providing your email address on a coupon claim form, you consent to receive emails from Local Deals Hero on behalf of the participating business. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or emailing hello@localdealshero.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Business Clients: Consumer information collected through a business's coupon page is made available to that Business Client through their dashboard.
• With Service Providers: We use trusted third-party providers including Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Supabase (database). These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually bound to protect it.
• For Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Local Deals Hero or others.
• Business Transfers: If Local Deals Hero is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain Business Client account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and business purposes. Consumer data is retained until you request deletion or opt out. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@localdealshero.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Local Deals Hero is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at hello@localdealshero.com.
